Manage game administrators
Administrators can view every player’s board and evidence, see the leaderboard, and revoke or restore claims. Only you can add or remove administrators.
Ask your colleague to create a board first, then enter their registered email. Confirm that the board belongs to your colleague before granting access; email addresses are self-entered. They will use their personal board link to open the admin dashboard. Only the owner signs in with ChatGPT.
Annual game reset

This permanently removes every player’s registration, all boards and claims, and submitted evidence, including administrators’ playing progress. Personal links, administrator permissions, property challenges, and site sharing settings stay in place. Everyone must use their link and register again to play.
Correct a player’s email
Select a player, enter their correct email address, and save. Their board, progress, personal link, and administrator permissions stay the same.
Replace a lost board link
Select a registered identity to generate a replacement link, then copy it and send it yourself. This immediately invalidates their previous link. Verify the recipient before sharing.
